Island Health, Interior Health and Northern Health all share an interest in developing and implementing a Regional Health and Wellness Survey to address significant gaps in local population health data. This will enable a more robust understanding of the health status of the populations they serve, and support partnerships with external stakeholders and community groups. These three health authorities are working with Kerri Klein and Stacy Barter from SHIFT Collaborative to support research and development of an engagement and implementation plan for candidate communities in each region to participate in a Regional Health and Wellness survey.
