In 2013, the North Shore Table Matters Network led the creation of a North Shore Food Charter which has been endorsed by 5 municipalities, 2 school districts, 2 First Nations and the local health authority. With the Food Charter completed and endorsed, their next goal is to put this into action using a Collective Impact approach. SHIFT Collaborative provided Phase I coaching support to Table Matters (supported by funding from Innoweave), through in person workshops and coaching calls, to guide the group in developing their Collective Impact approach, including a Theory of Change.
