SHIFT is supporting the Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island to develop a theory of change and an evaluation framework for two programs: Qwalayu House in Campbell River and Bear Essentials. SHIFT is working with the foundation to engage with key staff and stakeholders to clarify what these programs aim to achieve, how they will achieve it, and how they will measure success.
