The Victoria Foundation has been supporting Collective Impact and multi-sector collaboration for systems change for several years in the Capital Region. Drawing on the last few years of intensive practice and experimentation, SHIFT partnered with the Victoria Foundation to convene collaboratives from across the region to explore what is needed to move multi-sector initiatives to the next level of collaboration for greater impact for systems change. SHIFT has facilitated connecting and learning events such as: “Taking Stock”, a dialogue among 12 collaborative groups in June 2017 and a learning series being offered in 2018, including “Learning and Evaluation for Collaboratives” in May 2018 focused on developmental evaluation and learning concepts and tools.
