Our work
The Circle Education on Salt Spring Island has been working to prevent violence through youth empowerment for over two decades.
SHIFT Collaborative worked with the board and staff to update the Strategic Plan and develop a comprehensive evaluation framework and tools including program level evaluations. The work resulted in staff being able to lead developmental evaluation practices such as ongoing learning and adaptive action to support program innovation and participant outcomes laddered across multiple age groupings.
