Our work
The North Shore Table Matters Network is a community-led network that is working to build sustainable food systems and ensure healthy food access for everyone living on Vancouver’s North Shore. From 2017 to 2018, SHIFT Collaborative provided Phase I coaching support to Table Matters (supported by funding from Innoweave), through in-person workshops and coaching calls, to guide the group in developing their Collective Impact approach, including a Theory of Change. From 2019 – 2021, SHIFT Collaborative provided Phase II coaching support to update the theory of change and develop an early implementation plan.
