How can we strengthen collaboration and systems change approaches and impacts among community based organizations in the the Capital Regional District?

Our work
SHIFT Collaborative has been working with Victoria Foundation and community based organizations in the Capital Region to strengthen collective action and systems change impacts for over 6 years. From facilitating a “Taking Stock of Collective Action in the CRD” dialogue in 2017, to delivering training in collaborative approaches, and most recently supporting additions to the Collaboration Grant Stream, SHIFT Collaborative brings our knowledge of the best practice and our experience working with cross sector collaboratives across the country to support Victoria Foundations ongoing leadership and impacts in this space.
