We designed and delivered this one day workshop supporting Physician Quality Improvement (PQI) Committee members to develop shared understanding of committee goals and an introduction to participatory decision making and consensus. Participants applied consensus practice to an actual decision and agreed to continue to use it to strengthen inclusion of all committee members and the quality of their decisions and work.
