Our work
We collaborated with SFU Health Sciences on a project to examine the impacts of climate change on diverse populations in B.C. Research indicates that environmental disasters caused by climate change lead to increased gender violence and stress on low-income populations. The team produced an evidence-based report using Gender Based Analysis (GBA+) that can be used by the Climate Action Secretariat (CAS) to inform the development of policy actions.
