Our work
SHIFT Collaborative supported the Victoria Foundation in designing a full day Vital Conversation workshop that convened cross-sector community leaders to generate new ideas for how different sectors can collaborate and work towards local solutions on the affordability crisis in the Capital Region. The workshop involved world cafe and open space dialogues to explore where different sectors have local agency, influence, and control to affect local affordability. SHIFT Collaborative produced a summary report for the Victoria Foundation outlining key findings and next steps.
