Our work
The Climate Adaptation Competency Framework, developed by Adaptation Learning Network, provides a defined set of competencies to ensure that individuals and teams have expertise and abilities to perform climate adaptation job functions.
SHIFT Collaborative led the design and facilitation of a full-day workshop to explore how to revise the existing framework to be used as a climate action framework that includes both adaptation and mitigation, and how the framework can be modified to be usable in additional contexts, including curriculum design and assessment and organizational gap analysis.
