How might we strengthen collaboration practices and culture within the Canadian Centre for Climate Modelling and Analysis staff team?
Our work
SHIFT Collaborative developed, delivered, and analyzed a survey of the Canadian Centre for Climate Modelling and Analysis (CCCMA) staff team to identify the team’s strengths and gaps around collaboration and team culture. We then used the survey results to develop customized training focused on group dynamics and facilitation tips to support collaboration. The training included toolkit materials, a staff training workshop, and a team collaboration challenge exercise.
