The problem they came to us with
How can we co-create a shared governance structure and aligned monitoring program for the Nipîy Tu Knowledge and Research Centre?
Our work
Solutionogenics is working with Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation and Fort Chipewyan Métis Nation to co-create an innovative climate research and renewal centre that integrates western science and Indigenous knowledge and approaches in order to restore the Peace Athabasca Delta (PAD). SHIFT Collaborative had the privilege of working with these partners to design and facilitate the co-creation of the initial governance structure for the Nipîy Tu Research and Knowledge Centre in 2020 and has been invited back to facilitate the planning process to launch a shared research and monitoring program through the Centre.
