SHIFT Collaborative is supporting the Pacific Institute for Climate Solutions (PICS) in the design and facilitation of a theory of change process. Through a facilitated process, SHIFT Collaborative is coaching staff to describe how the organization’s programs and activities will lead to the desired impact. The theory of change will also identify the specific short and long-term outcomes PICS aims to achieve.
