How can we strengthen collaboration and systems change approaches and impacts among community based organizations in the the Capital Regional District?
Our work
SHIFT Collaborative has been working with Victoria Foundation and community based organizations in the Capital Region to strengthen collective action and systems change impacts for over 8 years. Through this partnership, SHIFT has facilitated a “Taking Stock of Collective Action in the CRD” dialogue in 2017 and again in 2024, delivered training in collaborative approaches, and most recently conducted an impact evaluation and supported updated design of the Foundation’s Convening Collaboratives program and Grant Stream, SHIFT Collaborative brings our knowledge of systems change, evaluation and our experience working with cross-sector collaboratives across the country to support Victoria Foundation’s ongoing leadership and impacts in this space.
